The well-known petty thief of Storybrooke, Chris Coghlan. Quite often caught stealing little things like breakfast and peoples' wallets, the most he usually suffers is a night in the slammer and having to deal with his grumpy cellmate. By now, most people don't press charges due to the fact that he's more or less a hobo living on the outskirts of town and letting him sleep in the sheriff's office is likely his end-plan anyway.

Secretly has quite a lot of money hidden away to donate to various pieces of the town in need of repair, and is much more competent than he would have anyone believe. Perhaps the only person who knows this little secret is the man who knows everything: Mr. Gold.
